Case Management
Rehabilitation case management is a specialised service provided by allied health professionals (e.g. OTs, speech pathologists) to work closely with clients to develop rehabilitation plans, coordinate treatment, problem solve when needed, liaise with insurers and treatment providers, and be the point of first contact. Our rehab case managers are passionate about working with our clients to achieve their goals of living their best life. We live and work in regional areas and thus understand the complexities of accessing services in rural and remote regions. We have an exceptional knowledge of local services and providers and aim to create a smooth, cohesive and effective rehabilitation process.
