I am a compassionate and experienced social worker who enjoys working alongside a diverse range of people, including people with disabilities. Over many years, I have supported individuals to find safe and appropriate accommodation, access community supports and services (including NDIS applications), and navigate welfare and income support systems.
I have a strong background in mental health and have provided counselling support to people experiencing a range of mental health challenges. I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and art therapy, and I value creating a safe, supportive therapeutic space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach brings together practical support and therapeutic care helping people navigate complex systems while also addressing the emotional and personal barriers that can stand in the way of living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
