Hi, I’m Josh Hart, a Registered Nurse and Wound CNC based in the Northern Rivers. I started Far North Coast Wound Services to be able to provide mobile, in-home wound care across the Northern Rivers. I’m passionate about practical, evidence-based care and working closely with patients, families, GPs and Surgeons to support healing and improve quality of life — I have a strong interest in supporting people with complex or hard-to-heal wounds, including infected wounds, wounds of vascular origin, pressure injuries, and wounds present for longer than three months. I also provide clinical nursing oversight to support medical needs, including suprapubic and indwelling catheter changes, as well as assistance with medication administration in the home
